What has happened to Paulo Bernardo, Arne Engels and Auston Trusty?
Celtic paid a lot of money for Paulo Bernardo, Arne Engels and Auston Trusty, with the Belgian being a club-record transfer at £11 million.
Speaking on Go Radio, Mulgrew questioned ‘where are they?’, as he stated that’s ‘£27 million worth of talent’ that he is hardly seeing in action.
“I still look back on Engels, Bernardo and Trusty,” said Mulgrew. “Where are they? Where are they? That’s £27 million worth of talent.
“Idah, I know he is away and sold, but it’s because he wasn’t doing it that he got sold. There is still a long season to go, and maybe he might have come good.
“I look at these guys. That’s a lot of money being spent. I don’t see them making an impact or where they are. I don’t know.”

But Engels and Bernardo have constantly found themselves on the bench, with Rodgers preferring to play summer signing Benjamin Nygren instead.
Despite Reo Hatate and Callum McGregor’s poor form, the midfield duo behind them continues to get overlooked.
