In all the drama, or boredom, of transfer deadline day, Celtic supporters really haven’t had much time to digest Sunday’s draw with Rangers.
The first Glasgow Derby of the season went by with a whimper as Celtic struggled to break down a Rangers defence that has been leaking goals for fun this season.
Celtic’s draw with Rangers passed by with barely any controversy as both clubs toiled to get that elusive first derby win of the season.
However, there was an incident in the match in which Chris Sutton believes that one Rangers player was lucky not to have seen red at Ibrox.

Celtic hero Chris Sutton suggests Bojan Miovski took a Rangers dive
Bojan Miovski made his debut for Rangers and got himself embroiled in some controversy about a possible penalty against Celtic.
67 Hail Hail contacted former FIFA referee Mark Clattenburg about the call and he said the match referee, Don Robertson, was right to not award a spot kick against the Bhoys.
However, Sutton has a different take as he suggested that Miovski was lucky not to have seen red for his ‘tumble’.
Sutton said on BBC 606, “Miovski, if he was on a yellow card, he would have been off-ski.
“Rob, do you get that? He should have had a second yellow and been off-ski.
“He took a tumble.”
Unfortunately, Miovski was not on a yellow and the referee also didn’t see fit to brandish a booking for the Rangers star trying to buy a spot kick.
What Mark Clattenburg said about Rangers penalty call vs Celtic
Pundits and ex-players all seemed to be in agreement that Miovski went down far too easily to try and win the penalty.
And Clattenburg was no different as he said, “Bojan Miovski of Rangers goes down under a challenge of Liam Scales of Celtic.
“It was the first big call for the referee Don Robertson in this fierce derby and he got it spot on.
“Miovski moved across Scales to create a contact of the upper leg of Scales to make it look like a foul and the referee was in a good position to see that the contact was created by the Rangers player so it was a good call to play on.”
So even Clattenburg seems to think Miovski tried to win the penalty so why he wasn’t booked will probably annoy Celtic supporters.
