The Green Brigade may be banned from attending Celtic first-team games, but they have still found ways to back the Hoops.
Celtic banned the ultras group from attending six games due to an incident at the Falkirk game on 29 October.
Despite this, the Green Brigade were still in attendance for the Kilmarnock fixture and have repeatedly called out the board, both on social media and in the stands.
None of the group were present for Celtic’s 1-0 win against St Mirren on Saturday night, but they still managed to find a way to support the Bhoys in some capacity.
Celtic statement on Green Brigade ban
Green Brigade attend Celtic B fixture
Before Martin O’Neill’s side played in Paisley, the younger generation were in Lowland League action and faced Cowdenbeath.
A large contingent of the group made the trip to Fife to show their support, despite a 2-1 loss on the road.
They made themselves known in the stands and even managed to delay kick-off after unfurling a series of anti-board messages, as well as the use of pyro in the stands.
While kick-off was briefly pushed back, a banner reading ‘ACAB’ was displayed across the stands, leading to Cowdenbeath making a witty remark.
When are the Green Brigade allowed to return to Celtic?
As the ban is for six games, there are still four more fixtures that the group cannot attend.
This includes the Europa League trip to Feyenoord on Thursday night, and the three fixtures after that.
Unless further action is taken, the ultras group are expected to be allowed back for the Premier Sports Cup final against St Mirren on 14 December.
No comment has been made by the club or group on if they will be allowed to attend, so time will tell if they have active support in the stands.
