The October international break is thankfully almost over.
Celtic finished up before the pause in domestic fixtures with a 3-2 win over Motherwell at Parkhead to keep them apace with Scottish Premiership leaders Hearts.
The Hoops are one point behind the Jambos, who face a tricky test away to 3rd-placed Kilmarnock at Rugby Park on Saturday evening.
| Position | Team | Played MP | Won W | Drawn D | Lost L | For GF | Against GA | Diff GD | Points Pts |

For the Bhoys, it’s a trip to struggling Dundee on Sunday, so there’s a decent chance of overtaking Hearts at the top of the table.
Then it’s a run of six games in three different competitions before the next international break in November.
So 67 Hail Hail had a crack at predicting all of Celtic’s results from now until then, including a massive Glasgow derby in the Premier Sports Cup.

Dundee vs Celtic (October 19)
Only Livingston have conceded more goals than Dundee in the Premiership this season so far, while the Dens Park club have only scored six times.
Celtic simply must win this fixture, particularly if Hearts earn a victory in Ayrshire on McInnes’ return to Kilmarnock.
Three points is the only acceptable outcome here.
- Prediction: Dundee 0-2 Celtic
Celtic vs Sturm Graz (October 23)
The Europa League campaign has not been a success so far, with Celtic picking up just one point from a possible six in the league phase.
The home games are vitally important if the Hoops want to at least make the knockout phase play-offs, particularly after the 2-0 defeat to Braga.
- Prediction: Celtic 1-0 Sturm Graz
Hearts vs Celtic (October 26)
The second biggest game of the seven fixtures is definitely this one at Tynecastle. Hearts have been mightily impressive so this will be difficult.
A draw wouldn’t be the worst result, but Celtic should be going into every game with the mindset of earning a victory.
- Prediction: Hearts 1-1 Celtic
Celtic vs Falkirk (October 29)
From one of the hardest games of the season to perhaps one of the easier games, the match against Falkirk after Hearts away is a must win.
The Bairns haven’t been awful since their return to the Premiership, but their open and expansive style of football under John McGlynn will play into Celtic’s hands.
- Prediction: Celtic 3-1 Falkirk
Celtic vs Rangers (November 2)
Celtic are the holders of the Premier Sports Cup and will be determined to keep it in the trophy cabinet for another year.
Rangers are a mess at the moment, and this result depends a lot on how positive – or negative – their new manager bounce will be.
- Prediction: Celtic 2-1 Rangers
FC Midtjylland vs Celtic (November 6)
If Celtic were to face Midtjylland away on Thursday night instead of Sturm Graz at home, not too many fans would hold out much hope.
The Danes have lost just one league fixture in 11 this season so far and won their opening two Europa League encounters.
This won’t be easy and a defeat isn’t unlikely.
- Prediction: FC Midtjylland 2-1 Celtic
Celtic vs Kilmarnock (November 6)
The seventh and final match before the November international break is Kilmarnock at home, which shouldn’t pose too many problems.
Kilmarnock at Rugby Park on the artificial pitch isn’t easy, but it’s a different kettle-well of fish at Parkhead.
- Prediction: Celtic 2-0 Kilmarnock
