Radio presenter Alan Brazil has been at it again as he joined the discussion over Celtic’s next manager.
Former Scotland international Brazil has been chatting about Ange Postecoglou‘s successor on talkSPORT this morning.
At just after 6am, he delivered the news to Ally McCoist that he had heard something on the grape vine.

“I think I might have a wee bit of inside information here,” he said on talkSPORT.
“I’ve got to be careful what I say. I’ll have a wee bit of a look at the betting as well because I don’t want to put people in to having a fiver on.
“Do you know who is going to have a big say on who is going to get the Celtic job? This is going to astonish you by the way.
“It’s Pep Guardiola. He’s going to have a massive say because him and Dermot [Desmond] are very close.
“It’s Enzo… Enzo whatever his name is. A-ma-crazy or A-ma-cresca. It’ll come to me.
“But I get it on good authority.”
“Enzo whatever his name is” is hardly the reassuring words you want to hear from a source, but it’s in line with Brazil and talkSPORT’s patter.
Celtic fans will remember Brazil’s “Posta-coog-loo” and “this must be a wind up” assertion following news of Postecoglou’s arrival in Glasgow.
It seems like this is a case of history repeating itself.

Anyway, his information seems solid enough even if it isn’t anything new really.
Manchester City boss Guardiola did reveal he had a “good relationship” with the “owner of Celtic” earlier this week. (Sky Sports)
That, and the fact that Maresca was interviewed by Celtic in 2021, is leading more and more people to come to the conclusion that he is the preferred candidate.
But there is still a way to go in this managerial hunt.
Plenty of time for Brazil to work on his pronounciation.
