Celtic did the hard yards in midweek with their victory over Young Boys.
The Hoops qualified for the Champions League knockout playoff with a 1-0 win in Glasgow on Wednesday evening after Adam Idah forced a Loris Benito own goal late on.
It was a nerve-shredding evening for Celtic fans and perhaps made more difficult than necessary, but the points in the bag were all that mattered.
It means the Scottish Premiership leaders can now go to Aston Villa next week knowing they are already into the playoffs with an unlikely top eight finish still mathematically possible for Celts.
They face a Villa side bossed by Unai Emery who issued a warning to his opponents before their game with AS Monaco.

McGinn is back in full training ahead of Celtic clash
The Premier League side lost that game in France which had their manager furious ahead of matchday eight.
One thing which could bring Emery joy this coming week, however, is the fact that captain John McGinn is fit and back in full training for the club after being sidelined with an injury.
Celtic-daft McGinn has been out of action since his side’s 2-1 win over Leicester City at the beginning of January.
The former Hibs and St Mirren midfielder was forced off in that game in the first-half and has not been training since until now.
Reports in the Birmingham Mail suggest that McGinn could potentially be given a run out this weekend in domestic action against West Ham on Sunday to get minutes into his legs.
Aston Villa and Celtic told to enjoy Champions League ‘occasion’
Then that would free him up to feature against Celtic when they come to town on Wednesday.
Villa fans have appeared somewhat nervous to face Brendan Rodgers‘ team in their next Euro outing as the confidence from before the Monaco defeat has dissipated.
Former Villa defender Joleon Lescott had urged his old club to “enjoy the occasion” in the Battle of Britain but with so much at stake as they seek a top eight spot themselves, that may be out the window.
He said: “I’m sure that is the incentive for all the top eight teams – to really cement their place in the knockout stages.
“And then they can just enjoy the Celtic occasion more than having the pressure of having to win and get points.”
