Celtic’s rumoured pursuit of Lennon Miller has been one of the worst-kept secrets in Scottish football this season.
Miller has been linked with a Parkhead move ever since Brendan Rodgers returned to the club, with the Celtic manager still receiving reports on the young Motherwell starlet.
At just 18, Miller has set the Scottish game alight and has 67 top-flight appearances already in his short career. And it seems that those appearances are not just catching Celtic’s eye.

Celtic ‘expected’ to make summer move for Lennon Miller
Lennon Miller’s Celtic links have been going on since the summer of 2023, and since then, they have been bubbling away under the surface.
Celtic wanted Miller in a £4m January deal but The Steelmen wanted to wait until the summer to assess all their options.
However, The Scottish Sun reports that Brendan Rodgers is ‘expected’ to make an offer for the Scotland youth international in the summer but, it seems, there could be a further twist in this tale.
Celtic face Premier League competition for Lennon Miller but with a twist
The report also claims that Brighton is interested in Miller, but his move to the Premier League could take a little detour.
Brighton owner Tony Bloom has a minor stake in Belgian outfit Union Saint-Galloise, and it seems that the Pro League club is the front-runner to sign Miller in a £5 million deal.
If the deal is successful it is expected that the young midfielder would continue his development in Belgium and then make a switch to Premier League club Brighton in the next few seasons, where he could link up with Celtic hero Matt O’Riley.
If Celtic and Rodgers do want to capture Miller, then it seems that the Parkhead club faces stiff competition from two fronts for the in-demand Scottish youngster.
