Away from Champions League news for a bit and it seems that former Celtic boss, Ange Postecoglou is still under pressure at Tottenham Hotspur after their latest result at the weekend.

After Spurs lost 4-3 to Chelsea at the weekend after being 2-0 up, Postecoglou came under more pressure after the former Celtic boss’ defeat to Bournemouth ended up in an altercation with Spurs fans at full-time.

But after his latest defeat in the Premier League, Postecoglou’s future at Spurs has come under scrutiny but it seems that Micah Richards has some advice for the former Parkhead gaffer.

Michah Richards shares what Ange Postecoglou can do differently after watching his Celtic team

Richards told The Rest is Football, “He can tweak a style a little bit. We all have a way and a style of playing or how we want to play.

“Sometimes you don’t have the players, sometimes you have to adjust to the league that you’re in.

“When he was at Celtic, he could play that way because he was the best team, played attractive football, but now you’re in the Premier League with players who are not probably at the level of a Man City, a Liverpool or an Arsenal.

“So you have to tweak certain bits for you to go forward. And I think he has to because you don’t want to be just known as a manager who’s got one way of playing.

“And I’m not talking about changing his philosophy, I’m talking about adding defensive tweaks on a more consistent basis.”

Ange Postecoglou’s Celtic record vs Tottenham Hotspur

Postecoglou enjoyed immense success at Celtic in the two years he was in charge in Paradise.

Winning five trophies out of six, Postecoglou left Celtic for Spurs a hero in the eyes of the fans but it seems now that he is quickly becoming a villain in London.

So here, 67 Hail Hail compares the Australian’s record at both clubs to see if things are as bad as the Spurs fans are making out.

There is clearly work needing to be done by Postecoglou to turn around his fortunes at Spurs but as any Celtic fan will attest to, if he’s given time success will come.
