Brendan Rodgers has seen off another Rangers manager at Celtic.
Whether it’s his first spell or upon his return last season, Rodgers wipes the floor with anyone in Rangers colours who stands in his way.
Time and time again, the Celtic manager does his talking on the field of play and that’s proven as another Premiership title is on the horizon.

With Barry Ferguson in the Rangers dugout until the end of the season, once again, those at Ibrox are getting high, especially after their Europa League progression at the expense of Fenerbahce on Thursday night.
This is a story far too familiar with Celtic fans because history is repeating itself and there are calls for Ferguson to get the job full time.
But, of all the people, Kris Boyd is proving to be the voice of reason and he is spitting the truth about Celtic to those getting a little too excited in Rangers colours.

Kris Boyd shuts down ‘Rangers are coming’ nonsense as Celtic continue to dominate
Rangers’ last two wins over Celtic have a common theme and that’s winning when there is little on the match, in regards to the state of the season.
Go back to when Michael Beale was in charge and Rangers won a dead-rubber when the title was done to their most recent win over the Bhoys.
You are always told that ‘Rangers are coming’, but normal service resumes, with Boyd touching upon that and how his former side only seem to turn up when ‘the damage is done’, as he told Sky Sports Football (15/03/25 at 1:05 pm).
“I know it’s difficult for Barry to come out and say either way, because then he could be left with egg on his face if he is given the bump at the end of the season,” said Boyd.
“I think, when he was given the job, it was going to be three months to go in and get Rangers into a period of time where the takeover was going to be complete, and Rangers would move forward from there.
“I think, in the past, and it’s no disrespect to Barry. In the past, Rangers have sacked managers and they have had this, ‘Oh, Rangers are coming back’ for a short period of time when the season has already been done a lot of the times. The damage in the season has been done.
“Then there is a belief going into the following season that Rangers are serious contenders to Celtic. In one-off games, can Rangers compete with Celtic? Yes, they can.
“Over the course and distance of the season, I don’t think they can. We have seen that again this season.”
When Brendan Rodgers told Rangers how it is
Rodgers has seen off more Rangers managers (five) than they have had wins against him over his two spells (two).
Months before Philippe Clement was sacked by Rangers, the man in the Celtic Park dugout told the opposition how it is.
Even for Rodgers, it has become ‘normal’ when hearing about this ‘Rangers are coming’ nonsense’, as posted by STV Sport in December.
“Over my two spells here, I’ve worked against five Rangers managers and every time, Rangers were coming,” said Rodgers before the New Year.
“Every time, at some point. So, for me it’s normal. Like I said the other day, if I listen to the media and the press, then we would be in constant crisis mode and fear of Rangers.
“But it’s the fifth manager now, so for me, my focus is only on Celtic and concentrated very much on here. A lot of the stuff that maybe does go around, thankfully, I ignore it.”
As mentioned above, Celtic do their talking on the field and it doesn’t get better than Rodgers winning another Treble.
That’s a real possibility now and it’s crazy how Celtic have normalised this because this has never been the case over the decades.
