After all the excitement over the transfer rumour that Celtic held an interest in Croatian international goalkeeper Dominik Livaković, it seems now that can be put to bed after the 28-year-old is set to join Turkish club, Fenerbache.
67 Hail Hail discussed yesterday that Livaković had agreed personal terms with the Turks but a deal between the two clubs had yet to be agreed.
Well, at just after 1:30am this morning, Fabrizio Romano confirmed that an agreement has now been reached between Dinamo Zagreb and Fenerbache and the Croatian is set to join them in a €9m deal.

Romano tweeted, “Dominik Livaković to Fenerbahçe, here we go! Deal sealed between clubs with Dinamo Zagreb for €9m.
“Personal terms agreed, just waiting to exchange documents then deal done.
“Becão arrives today in Istanbul to sign the contract while Dušan Tadic is already there.”
It is has been reported that Celtic are in the market for a goalkeeper and where Brendan Rodgers will now look from here is uncertain. There is no immediate need to add a new number one to the squad.
We still have Joe Hart, Benji Seigrist and Scott Bain on all on the books but with Hart nearing the end of his contract, the club will need to look at putting a proper succession plan in place as the veteran ‘keeper is nearing the end of his career.
The club have just finished their pre-season training camp in Portugal and now look forward to the Japan Tour that kicks off in less than three days time against Yokohama F Marinos.

Celtic are still very active in the summer window. With news that the club are set to sign Yang Hyun-jun from Gangwon circulating yesterday, it seems that another Korean addition won’t be too far away after the reported interest in Busan midfielder, Kwon Hyeok-kyu.
A goalkeeper will be no doubt be next on the cards at some point this summer, this update just means that Celtic will now need to turn their attention elsewhere for now.
