The Celtic Academy is known for producing young talent for other clubs rather than Parkhead stars for the future.
Celtic fans have watched the likes of Ben Doak, Rocco Vata and Daniel Kelly all up sticks and leave Paradise to carve out a future down south.
But it appears that the Parkhead club may well have two youngsters at the Celtic Academy who could become first-team stars.
Celtic legend Scott Brown is manager of Ayr United and after pitching two on-loan youngsters in during the League Cup defeat to St Mirren, the Hoops icon was left blown away.

Scott Brown says Celtic Academy talent Jude Bonnar is ‘not out of his depth’ at Ayr United
Young Jude Bonnar is making a real impression on Brown after leaving Celtic for Ayr United on loan this summer.
Scoring on his debut, Bonnar has impressed once again after Brown pitched him in against St Mirren in the 2-1 League Cup defeat yesterday afternoon.
Brown told BBC Sportsound [20m], “Well, they’re here on loan at this moment in time.
“So for us, if you’re good enough, you get game time, and Jude, so far, has shown that it’s not out of his depth, that he can probably push on again.
“And for us, it’s a huge benefit for him coming from the Celtic B team to get in game time against men last season, to coming in to help us as well.
“Sometimes it’s that little step too early, but I thought it’s been good timing.”
Brown admits Celtic youngsters Kyle Ure and Jude Bonnar are ‘fantastic footballers’
Brown also has young Kyle Ure on loan after signing him from Celtic over the weekend and the Ayr gaffer had no qualms about putting him immediately into his matchday squad.
Brought on as a 64th-minute sub, Brown was left impressed with the Celtic youngster’s cameo role.
Brown continued, “Kyle we’ve not seen too much of just yet, so he was only in training just the other day, and then gets his minutes on the park today, so we’ll see a lot more of Kyle.
“But two of them are fantastic footballers, and we’ve got another couple of lefties in the team, but the two of them have got good understanding of the game, and they want to better themselves.

“And I think that’s a huge thing for them, wanting to better themselves to leave Celtic on loan to come to us.
“Hopefully they can get game time, and then at the same time, they can add quality on the pitch.”
Hopefully Ure and Bonnar have a successful season at The Honest Men and return to Celtic next summer ready to stake a claim in the Hoops’ first-team squad.
Brendan Rodgers however, has a bit of work to do to strengthen Celtic ahead of the new season as pressure mounts from fans to add new faces before the season kicks off next weekend.
