Ian Crocker has been the voice of Sky Sports in Scotland for decades now, especially when he commentates on Celtic and Rangers games.
The Sky Sports man has become synonymous with Scottish football and Celtic fans will remember him for his commentary in Celtic’s 3-0 thrashing of Rangers as Ange Postecoglou took the Hoops back to the top of the league in 2022.
Reo Hatate put Rangers to the sword that day as Liel Abada terrorised the Ibrox club in one of the most memorable derbies of recent times at Celtic Park.
However, despite his enthusiasm in commentary for both Glasgow teams, Crocker is still met with criticism from Celtic and Rangers fans about where his allegiances lie with either club.

Ian Crocker reveals his team amid Celtic and Rangers question
Crocker does get a tad excited whenever Celtic or Rangers score goals on commentary duty with Sky Sports.
However, the legendary broadcaster has said it makes him chuckle whenever he is judged on social media for his reaction whenever either of the Glasgow clubs score.
Crocker told The Herald, “It does make me laugh when I see one tweet saying, ‘Ah he’s a Rangers man’ beside another saying, ‘No, no, he’s a big Celtic man’.
“A lot of the time you get people saying, ‘You sounded more exciting for their goal than ours’. It’s total and utter nonsense.
“Sometimes you might not go full pelt on a goal because you are wondering who scored it or it’s an own goal. It’s part of the territory, it will never change and you get used to it.
“I tell people I support my hometown of Weymouth or West Ham they look puzzled and say, ‘Yeah, but what Scottish team do you support?’.”
For Celtic fans, one of Ian Crocker’s best-ever commentaries vs Rangers
As I said before, Crocker will be remembered favourably for his commentary in the 3-2 demolition of Rangers in 2022.
Here is how the Sky Sports man reacted to every Celtic goal that night.
That was one of the most memorable nights in recent memory for Celtic fans as that was the game they knew the league title was heading back to the east end of Glasgow.
