A Spanish outlet have been pondering Andoni Iraola’s next move, with Celtic getting a mention.
Seville-based sports newspaper Estadio Deportivo have published an article looking at the futures of managerial pair Iraola and Marcelino.
The crux of the article seems to be that both will have to look outside Spain if they want to work at the elite level of football next season.

They say that there were several La Liga jobs open a matter of months ago but the likes of Sevilla, Villareal and Athletic Club now have managers in place.
The article says that Marseille are interested in both Iraola and Marcelino, while the former also has Premier League interest.
Yesterday, we reported that Iraola was ready to throw his hat in to the ring for the vacant Celtic manager’s job.
That news has travelled fast with Estadio Deportivo including it at the end of their article.
Translated, they say: “While [John] Kennedy makes a final decision, Celtic works to find a possible replacement if his departure to Tottenham is confirmed.
“According to The Mail, there are three names that are underlined in red: Graham Potter, Jesse Marsch and Andoni Iraola.”
So the talk has at least reached Spain. It will be interesting to see of Iraola is seen as a genuine contender for the role.

On the face of it, his work with Rayo Vallecano should have him in the running. The fact a team like Marseille seem keen is also a good sign.
So have the Celtic board already made their mind up about a shortlist? Or could someone like Iraola throw the cat amongst the pigeons.
It will be interesting to find out.
In other news, there hasn’t been any real reaction to Ange’s departure from Celtic’s players
