One of the most important days of the year in the Celtic diary took place, or so it was meant to.
The Celtic 2025 AGM took place on Friday 21 November, where a number of key topics were meant to be discussed.
Given the protests against the board, this meeting in particular was going to be one of the most interesting in recent years.
In the run-up to the AGM at Parkhead, members of the board were called out by the Celtic Fans Collective.
Dermot Desmond, Peter Lawwell, Michael Nicholson and others all had dedicated posts explaining why they should be removed from their position.
However, things did not go as expected, which led to the meeting being closed 60 minutes earlier than scheduled.
Here are all the key moments that led to the meeting being adjourned.

Celtic board booed onto stage
Tensions have been high between fans and the board, so it was no surprise to hear that as the likes of Lawwell, Desmond, Nicholson and co took to the stage, they were booed.
Chants of ‘sack the board’ could be heard inside the Kerrydale suite, which led to the meeting being adjourned for 30 minutes.
Upon return, some shareholders chose to leave the meeting after Lawwell threatened to close it down; however, everyone then returned, albeit to continue voicing their anger.
Dermot Desmond absent from meeting
On a day like this, you expect all of the biggest members to be there but Dermot Desmond was nowhere to be seen.
Representing him on his behalf was his son Ross, who remained a strong defender of the club’s hierarchy.
During his speech, he referred to the “negativity and misinformation” around the club.
“There is no doubt we make mistakes and try to learn from them, we will not be bullied by aggressive factions,” he added.
Peter Lawwell’s tone-deaf comments
After a brief video was shown, Lawwell, Nicholson and Chris McKay all acknowledged that mistakes had been made.
However, it was the chairman’s comments that irked the most as he claimed that they ‘have not done too bad’ in the past.

He said: “I understand the frustration and the negativity from some parts. We recognise we’ve made mistakes and improvements need to be made and that’s our focus at the moment. But I think over the years we have not done too bad.”
That was met with anger as one supporter told him to “look in the mirror”.
Peter Lawwell calls for early end to AGM
There was no sign of tensions coming to a halt, and in the end, Lawwell decided to end the meeting prematurely.

It was another red-faced moment for the Hoops hierarchy, who have now left the supporters with more questions than answers.
With a game against St Mirren to come this weekend, it will be interesting to see the reaction of those making the trip.
