The apparent furore over Greg Taylor, Brendan Rodgers, Kieran Tierney and the Celtic fans has hogged the headlines this week.
Speculation linking Tierney with a return to the Bhoys has been ramping up and with Taylor’s contract at Celtic running down, the fans got excited at the prospect of their former hero returning to Paradise.
Brendan Rodgers took a pot-shot at the Celtic fans after the St Mirren as he claimed the supporters singing Kieran Tierney’s name was ‘disrespectful’ to Greg Taylor.
So how does the Celtic defender feel about all of this? A quick look at Lennoxtown footage the club released yesterday gives the fans a big clue.
Greg Taylor seems fairly positive despite Kieran Tierney Celtic rumours
The two-minute video gives fans a quick insight into how the Celtic fullback is feeling as he enters the training field.
Have a look at this:
Smiling, laughing and sharing a joke with his Celtic teammates, Taylor looks fairly comfortable despite all the noise surrounding him and his Parkhead future.
And to back that up further, the training gallery released on Celtic’s official website shows the Scotland defender joking away with Luke McCowan and Alistair Johnston.
Three Celtic youngsters return to the senior set-up at Lennoxtown
On top of that, the footage also shows three Celtic youngsters getting involved in the first-team training session.

Johnny Kenny has now returned to Celtic from his loan spell at Shamrock Rovers and can be seen getting involved with Brendan Rodgers’ training session.
Young Dane Murray was also in the mix as the defender steps in for the outgoing Stephen Welsh. Finally, returning from a long-term injury, Adam Montgomery can be spotted participating in the training session as well.
Has Rodgers got the young left-back in mind as a backup plan in case Taylor doesn’t sign a new Celtic deal? No doubt all will become clear soon.
