For the first time in his managerial career, Wilfried Nancy is in charge of a club over the festive period.
In his previous roles at CF Montreal and Columbus Crew, the Frenchman would normally be in the off-season following the end of the MLS campaign.
This time, however, he will be preparing to face Livingston on Saturday 27 December.
It makes a change from the traditional St Stephen’s Day/Boxing Day fixture, which would usually require players to come in and train on Christmas Day.
After the win against Aberdeen, Nancy will be keen to keep the momentum going and working on the tactics would certainly help with that.

Celtic players to get Christmas Day off
Managers across the globe have been asked about their plans for Christmas Day, with Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola confirming they won’t be training on the big day.
It’s a model that Nancy will also be adopting, allowing his players to spend the day with their loved ones.
He told Celtic TV: ” My family is here so I’m happy. I’m going to have a bit of time with them and go back fresh and yes, I have a day off.
“This is something that we did with with all my previous teams.
“I love it because when I was in France or Europe or United States, I was so happy to wake up with the jet lag and watch games and now I’m going to be part of that. So now I’m really excited by that and it’s new, but I like it.”
Does Wilfried Nancy have the belief of the Celtic players?
Celtic’s Christmas Day record
It has been a long time since Celtic played on Christmas Day, but it used to be a happy occasion for them.
The Hoops played 25 times in total, winning 14 of those games. Their biggest victory was against Morton as they hammered them 8-1 in 1965.
They also recorded an 8-0 win vs Kilmarnock in 1937 and a result like that against Livingston would be most welcome.
