Ajax boss Michel Sanchez has confirmed that Kasper Dolberg remains in his short-term plans, but admitted that an exit is possible.
The infamous Celtic target surprisingly started for the Dutch giants in their 4-1 Conference League qualifying win at Vojvodina on Thursday.
Dolberg had initially been bombed out of their early pre-season tour, but his re-integration to the squad has led to more ambiguity over his future.
Midtjylland are keen to bring the striker back to his homeland this summer, with reports in Denmark insisting that Celtic are still interested.

Michel told the Dutch media after the aforementioned European win: “Dolberg is one of our players. I live day by day.
“I focus on today and on winning. I count on the players I have at my disposal.

“I don’t know what will happen to many players. I do know that they are here now, that I am working with them, and that I am very happy with the work they are putting in.
“At the moment, Dolberg is a player who needs to deliver. He is going to play, and I expect the best from him.”
The Spanish boss clearly isn’t ruling out an exit for Dolberg, but the door clearly isn’t yet closed for him at Ajax given his involvement in Thursday’s clash.
The 28-year-old didn’t score in the thumping win, but played an impressive part in Davy Klaasen’s opening goal after just two minutes.
Brendan Rodgers was hellbent on signing Dolberg last summer, and Adam Idah’s exit was facilitated in the expectation that he would sign.
