Celtic need new wingers quickly.
Wednesday night’s poor 0-0 draw with Kairat Almaty in the Champions League play-off first leg proved James Forrest, Daizen Maeda and Yang are not enough.
The Hoops need to, at the very least, secure a replacement for Nicolas Kuhn and provide cover for the injured Jota.
Michel-Ange Balikwisha is a player Celtic are close to signing, and now a meeting has been planned to thrash out personal terms with the Belgian.

Celtic to meet Balikwisha’s representatives this weekend
Journalist Sacha Tavolieri is reporting exclusively that Celtic chiefs will fly to Belgium over the weekend to persuade Balikwisha to sign for the Scottish champions.
The 24-year-old will cost Celtic between £4.5m and £5m, with everything between the Hoops and Royal Antwerp said to have been agreed.
Now it’s just a case of agreeing personal terms with Balikwisha before moving on to a potential medical for the player.
A report earlier this week said there would be ‘concerns’ over a possible Balikwisha medical due to his injury woes last season.
Balikwisha played just 17 games last season for Antwerp due to a number of muscle injuries sustained across the campaign.
Other Celtic transfer targets
As well as Balikwisha, Celtic are also trying to sign Feyenoord star Calvin Stengs and Go Ahead Eagles youngster Jakob Breum.
Stengs is expected to be a costly transfer and his wage packet will be high, particularly if the Hoops reach the league phase of the Champions League.
Celtic have enquired about Stengs but nothing more at the moment. Go Ahead Eagles, in the meantime, are playing hardball over Breum.
Celtic have seen two bids rejected for the 21-year-old, with the Dutch club valuing him between £5m and £6m.
