Celtic have rejected multiple bids from the Bundesliga for Sebastian Tounekti, according to a report.
The winger has only been in Glasgow for half a season, but he’s done this kind of thing before – he joined Celtic after just six months at Hammarby.
Aside from his spell at the Africa Cup of Nations with Tunisia, Tounekti has been a regular fixture for the Hoops.
He has scored three times since moving to Glasgow, most recently against Auchinleck Talbot in the Scottish Cup.
But that has reportedly been enough to generate interest from a major European league, it is being reported.

According to Africafoot, Hamburg have sent two offers for Tounekti, with the most recent one worth £11.3 million. Celtic are reportedly ‘standing firm’ over the 23-year-old.
The report describes the situation as ‘one to watch’, with Hamburg reassessing their position over the coming days.

Tounekti made a promising start to life at Celtic, but has faced criticism from fans more recently after a downturn in form.
Brendan Rodgers, who signed the Tunisian, raved about him after his debut, describing him as a ‘real Celtic winger’.
There is no sign that Tounekti is unhappy at Celtic. He was seen celebrating enthusiastically in the Hoops’ 2-2 draw with Bologna in the Europa League, and kissed the badge after scoring against Talbot.
Hamburg, on the other hand, are aiming high after being promoted back to the Bundesliga after a seven-year absence.
They currently sit 14th in the table, just three points clear of relegation. They drew 0-0 in a dismal Hamburg derby against St Pauli on Friday.
Celtic players are generating all kinds of interest from Germany. Shin Yamada has moved to the second tier on loan, whilst Arne Engels has been shortlisted by RB Leipzig.

Sebastian Tounekti’s ‘inconsistency’ at Celtic
After his goal at Rugby Park, Michael Stewart spoke about Tounekti’s ‘inconsistency’ on Premier Sports.
“Listen, he has come from Allsvenskan, which is perhaps not as physical and competitive as the Scottish league.
“You are going to get an element of inconsistency in his performances, but he shows you that he has quality. He showed you that in his first game against Kilmarnock.
“He really brought an injection of pace and inventiveness. Yes, there have been little peaks and troughs since he arrived.
“But that (Tounekti’s goal), regardless of the opposition, is a moment of quality, and it’s at a vital time because as much as Sinisalo wasn’t overly troubled as well.
“Sitting at 1-0 with a few minutes to go, you are still going to be anxious that something goes up the other end and happens. That moment of class from Tounekti was a timely goal.”
