Marco Tilio and Stephen Welsh are no longer required at Celtic this season.
Tilio returned to Lennoxtown in the summer after a successful loan with Melbourne City and played in a number of pre-season fixtures.
But Brendan Rodgers wants to offload him and the Aussie is very close to sealing a switch to Austrian side Rapid Wien.
Meanwhile, defender Welsh is contracted at Celtic until 2027, but he doesn’t have a long-term future in Glasgow.
He’s been linked with a loan switch to Plymouth Argyle, but Sky Sports are reporting that any sort of move to the English side is now dead in the water.

Celtic will make £200k loss on Marco Tilio
It was reported on Wednesday that Rapid Wien will sign Tilio permanently after renegotiations with Celtic. And Sky Sports have now revealed the transfer fee.
Anthony Joseph states the Hoops will receive £1.3m for Tilio, which means Celtic will make a £200k loss on the player they signed for £1.5m in 2023.
Tilio played just two competitive games for the Hoops and will look to revitalise his career in Austria.
Plymouth Argyle drop interest in Celtic’s Welsh
Meanwhile, Stephen Welsh will not be moving to EFL League One outfit Plymouth Argyle, Sky Sports are now reporting.
Welsh was linked with a loan move south of the border and Celtic were happy for the defender to leave for Argyle this week.
However, Argyle have dropped their interest and moved on to pursuing other targets for the central defensive position.
Plymouth are second bottom of EFL League One after four games this season and play Blackpool at home on Saturday afternoon.
