It’s almost certain that Greg Taylor will leave Celtic this summer.
His contract at Parkhead expires at the end of June and there is zero indication that the former Kilmarnock star wants to stay on.
Kieran Tierney signed a five-year deal to return to Celtic, and that may well be influencing Taylor’s decision to depart the Hoops after six years.
PAOK are interested in signing Taylor and it was reported a deal was agreed. However, a Greek outlet countered that by saying negotiations had frozen.
So it’s still up in the air where Taylor will be next season. Well, perhaps it will be Denmark.

FC Copenhagen enter the equation for Celtic’s Taylor
According to The Scottish Sun, Taylor is being eyed up by Danish giants FC Copenhagen on a free transfer.
And the report adds that two unnamed English teams are also weighing up approaches for the Scotland international.
FC Copenhagen won the Danish top-flight last season by a single point as they pipped Midtjylland to the title.
And it means they will enter the Champions League at the second qualifying round as they seek progression to the lucrative league phase.
Birger Meling is the only senior left-back in FC Copenhagen’s squad at the moment after Marcos Lopez’s loan ended. So could Taylor be the man to bolster that position for them?
Taylor’s stats for Celtic last season
Taylor has been Celtic’s first choice left-back since the Ange Postecoglou era and continued to be under Brendan Rodgers.
Rodgers wanted Taylor to sign a new deal because he felt he could guarantee him and Tierney regular football.
| Competition | Apps | Goals | Assists | Yellow Cards | 2nd Yellow | Red Cards | Minutes |

| Total 24/25 | 43 | 1 | 8 | 6 | 0 | 0 | 3,141′ |
But Taylor clearly feels it’s time for a new challenge after winning 11 major domestic honours with the Bhoys since 2019, including a Treble in 2023.
