Las Palmas still waiting for Celtic to make Dinko Horkas offer
Reports earlier this month suggested Celtic had two offers for Horkas rejected as it looked like the Hoops stepped up their interest in the Croatian stopper.
However, La Provincia reveals that Celtic have not made any offers despite the Glasgow club’s obvious need for a new goalkeeper.
Las Palmas initially valued Horkas at approximately €10m. However, the latest report suggests there is room to negotiate and that an agreement could be reached between €4m and €7m, with a formal offer needed from Celtic to trigger talks.

Horkas has returned to Las Palmas for pre-season training, but his future remains unresolved. The Spanish club are reportedly willing to sell and already have José Antonio Caro under contract as they consider changes in goal.
Viljami Sinisalo is Celtic’s number one at this moment in time and the capture of Horkas will give the Finnish international some much-needed competition.
Las Palmas’ position is clear. They are willing to negotiate, Celtic are considered serious contenders and the next move must now come from Parkhead.
