Celtic are in the midst of a very busy transfer deadline day.

The Hoops need to cough up at least £10m for Kasper Dolberg, while a third bid for winger Sebastian Tounekti has been submitted to Hammarby.

On the exits front, Adam Idah is waiting to seal his £7m move to Swansea City and Yang Hyun-jun is on the verge of a Birmingham City move.

Sky Sports have now provided the latest on Yang’s situation.

Yang travelling to Birmingham ahead of £3m switch

Sky Sports reporter Anthony Joseph has posted an update on the publication’s Scottish Premiership live transfer blog and notes Yang is now travelling to Birmingham.

However, Celtic have not agreed a fee with the Blues yet and haven’t sanctioned a move.

Joseph says: “Celtic winger Hyunjun Yang is travelling to England ahead of a possible £3m move to Birmingham City.

“The clubs are close to agreeing an initial fee of £3m, plus add-ons, with Birmingham still waiting for the Hoops to sanction the move.

“However, with less than seven hours to go in the English window, the South Korea international is on his way to Birmingham to be ready for when the deal gets the go-ahead.”

Who will replace Yang at Celtic?

Well, it’s uncertain who exactly it will be, but we know Celtic want Yang’s replacement to be Sebastian Tounekti from Hammarby.

A bid of £5.2m has been submitted for the Tunisian star, which is the third offer Celtic have sent the way of the Swedish club.

It was previously reported that more than £6m was the asking price for Tounekti, so are the Hoops trying to lowball the deal once again?

Elsewhere, Strasbourg forward Sekou Mara has emerged as a Celtic target, while Jesurun Rak-Sakyi is a right winger who could be loaned from Crystal Palace.
