The very latest Celtic transfer news from 67 Hail Hail this Thursday evening as we bring you updates on six players.
We have travelled past the halfway point of the January 2024 transfer window and at least Celtic have a signing through the door.
Nicolas Kuhn arrived on Tuesday for a fee of £3m from Rapid Vienna and the winger took part in his first training session with the Bhoys at Lennoxtown today.
Elsewhere there is plenty to report and while we’d like the discourse below to mostly centre around potential incomings, sadly today’s bulletin is dominated by possible outgoings.
Celtic transfer news latest

Cameron Carter-Vickers
The Daily Record have claimed that David Moyes’ West Ham United, alongside FFP-hit Nottingham Forest and struggling Brentford, want to sign Cameron Carter-Vickers.
And the report suggests that the Parkhead hierarchy are ‘bracing themselves for offers arriving’, which is not exactly what Celtic fans want to be reading.
Whilst key players must remain at the club and sign new deals – such as Kyogo Furuhashi, Reo Hatate and Matt O’Riley – the fact of the matter is if the money is put on the table, then it’s pretty hard for the club to turn down.

Tiago Araujo
One left-sided full-back who has been on Celtic’s transfer radar since November is Estoril’s Tiago Araujo.
The Daily Record are now reporting that the Portuguese side value Araujo at £4m – but that’s a fee the Hoops will probably not pay.
It was suggested that the powers that be at Parkhead ‘don’t value him in the same ballpark’ as Estoril. If that’s the case, it suggests the club don’t just want to pay less for the 22-year-old but significantly less.

Gustaf Lagerbielke
According to the Daily Record, Lecce and Genoa have a new competitor in the race to sign Gustaf Lagerbielke with less than two weeks until the close of the transfer window.
Hellas Verona are the Italian outfit in question and are said to be considering a swoop for Lagerbielke.
The report also states that the Hoops would be content with loaning out Lagerbielke in the short-term to free up wages in Brendan Rodgers’ bloated squad.

Yuki Kobayashi

Celtic defender Yuki Kobayashi’s immediate future surely lies elsewhere.
That’s what the Daily Mail reporter Stephen McGowan wrote at the beginning of January, saying that Kobayashi was set to reunite with former Celtic coach Harry Kewell at Yokohama F. Marinos.
However, the reportage surrounding Kobayashi’s future has now taken a dramatic twist with the Daily Record stating he is now set to stay in Glasgow this month.

Lyndon Dykes
It has been suggested, amid speculation surrounding Lawrence Shankland, that Celtic should push for his Scotland teammate Lyndon Dykes instead.
Kenny Miller stated that he can understand that type of move making sense because he is a ‘more physical option’, but he also told Clyde 1 Superscoreboard that the QPR striker would ‘definitely be interested’ in a move to Celtic.

Mackenzie Carse
Celtic have confirmed that youngster Mackenzie Carse has joined Scottish Championship side Queen’s Park on loan for the rest of the season.
The 19-year-old is yet to make his first-team debut for the Hoops but there are high hopes for his future at the Parkhead club.
And that is down to his incredible form with Celtic B in the Lowland League this campaign. Carse netted seven goals in 19 league games and will be hoping to replicate that productivity with the Spiders.
