Celtic have a number of players out on loan this summer.
Luis Palma left Celtic for Lech Poznan in search for first team football as did Maik Nawrocki who is at German Bundesliga 2 side Hannover 96.
There are also a number of Celtic Academy prospects getting their first taste of senior football out on loan at this minute in time.
The Celtic legend is currently manager of Ayr United where Jude Bonnar and Kyle Ure are currently spending the season on loan.
And BBC pundits Ian McCall and Rory Loy were blown away by one Celtic youngster’s performance in Ayr United’s defeat to St Mirren in the League Cup.

BBC’s Ian McCall hails Celtic youngster Jude Bonnar as a ‘handful’
Ian McCall was on punditry duty in Ayr United’s defeat to St Mirren in the League Cup but pinpointed Jude Bonnar as one to watch out for after his performance in Paisley.
McCall told BBC Sportsound, “I thought the introduction of Bonnar for Ayr Utd helped Ayr Utd in terms of how they played.
“Because as soon as you go long sometimes, the back three then drops off, and then you’re able to go and maybe pass the ball through the thirds.
“And I thought Bonnar looked a terrific prospect. But the front two were a handful, and they will be a handful in the Championship if Scott Brown chooses to go with the front two.”
Celtic’s Jude Bonnar ‘took the game by the scruff of the neck’
Fellow BBC pundit Rory Loy couldn’t agree more as he talked up young Bonnar’s performance and said the Celtic Academy youngster looked ‘really good’.
Loy agreed and said, “Yes, I’ve covered a few games at Celtic Park when he’s been on the bench, but I’ve never watched him on the pitch and I thought he looked really good.
“What I really liked was the mistake he did make. You could argue it was a foul, but it was still a mistake in the end because the foul wasn’t given.
“The very next phase of play, he was in there asking for the ball in a tight area, taking it in well, popping it off.
“And I thought he looked more proactive in there than the players that were in there in the first half, in actually getting the ball and making a point of taking the game by the scruff of the neck.
“Don’t get me wrong, I don’t think he impacted the game to the point where Ayr were going to go on and win the match, but he did enough in the game to suggest that he’s going to be a fantastic player moving forward for them.”
Ayr boss Scott Brown was over the moon with Celtic youngster Bonnar and labelled the attacking midfielder as ‘exceptional’ in the defeat to St Mirren. [19m 45s]
Young Bonnar is contracted to Celtic until the end of next season and if he continues to impress, the Parkhead club could have a fight on their hands trying to keep a hold of him.
