After plenty of success with a 4-3-3 style over the years, the Frenchman has decided to continue with his own philosophy and implement a 3-4-3 tactic.
That has yielded four defeats from four so far, and begun reports suggesting that Nancy is going to be sacked.

Wilfried Nancy rejects stubbornness claims
In one of our latest TalkingPoints discussions, 67 Hail Hail’s audience advised Nancy to put his stubbornness aside and use the tactics that get the best out of the current squad.
However, the 48-year-old refused to accept this notion and insisted that he has made changes during the games to try and get a positive result.
He said: “If you watch all the games that we play, all the time I adjusted something.
“On Wednesday I think what we did was interesting.
