Celtic’s defeat to SC Braga in the Europa League is a result that will be poured over for weeks now.
After Celtic face Motherwell on Sunday, there is a two-week international break where even more scrutiny will be placed on Brendan Rodgers and his team.
There will be a sense of injustice about the defeat as criticism continues to pour in over Kelechi Iheanacho’s disallowed Celtic goal but despite that, the Hoops should have been good enough to beat what is a very average Braga side.
But it was what Alan Brazil saw Rodgers do on the Celtic touchline that made him think that all is not well with the Hoops boss at Parkhead.

Alan Brazil says Celtic players ‘are not playing’ for Brendan Rodgers
The talkSPORT man spoke immediately about Celtic’s defeat to Braga and made a big claim about Rodgers and the Hoops players.
Brazil said on talkSPORT, “I tell you what you don’t see much is, you know, all those empty seats last night at the start of the game.
“Brendan looked a lonely figure on the touchline, didn’t he? And his players are not playing for him at the moment.
“I’m not saying it’s Brendan’s fault, there’s just something not right at Celtic.”
Why Celtic’s next Scottish Premiership fixture vs Motherwell is so important
There is now massive pressure on Brendan Rodgers and Celtic heading into the next fixture against Motherwell.
Rodgers has now seen his team fail to score at Celtic Park on three separate occasions this season.
With the Celtic board meeting with fans on Monday, if Rodgers gets anything but a win against the Fir Park side then that could be a potentially explosive meet up.
Brazil is right, something isn’t right at Celtic and Rodgers needs to find the answers before the season really starts to implode at the club.
