Alexandro Bernabei is suddenly a man in transfer demand.
The Celtic misfit did not, unfortunately, set the heather alight in Glasgow after joining in 2022 under Ange Postecoglou.
He managed just 28 appearances before being overtaken by Greg Taylor on a weekly basis.
And that difference turned out to be as sizeable a discrepancy of two players in the same position from the Hoops squad as there was.
So much so that the Argentinian, 24, was shipped out on loan to Internacional in Brazil where even that switch took some time for the defender to bed in.

The left-back missed his flight to his new club and started slowly before eventually becoming a key player.
£3.5million Hoops signing Bernabei is now valued by the Scottish giants at £8million plus and Internacional are keen to do a permanent deal for his services.
It has been an unexpected turnaround for the former Lanus player who has perhaps made some doubters eat their words.
Bernabei and Sergio Ramos are both wanted by Corinthians in Brazil
And he could earn Celts profit should he leave on a full-time basis with Internacional sporting director Andre Mazzuco addressing their interest in Bernabei.
Another club hoping to introduce Bernabei to their ranks is ambitious Corinthians who reportedly have grand plans for the left-sided stopper.
According to multiple sources in South America, the club hope to bring Bernabei in the door alongside Real Madrid legend Sergio Ramos who departed Sevilla on a free this summer.
How has Alexandro Bernabei fared with Internacional on loan
Meanwhile Brazilian outlet O Tempo claim that Cruzeiro are watching Bernabei with a view to making a possible move for him when his loan option runs out at Internacional.
The publication reports, however, that Cruzeiro are only likely to push on with a potential move for the player if his current loan club do not.
Reports recently suggested it could take around £8m for Celtic to part with the outcast as they weigh up a move of their own – a possible permanent deal for loan man Alex Valle.
Bernabei has been solid on loan with Internacional and his stats say the same.
He has scored three goals and provided four assists for the club in just 21 outings.
