Celtic’s push for the title took a brilliant turn for the better after Motherwell defeated Rangers 2-1 at Ibrox yesterday.
Brendan Rodgers now takes his team to Tynecastle this lunchtime knowing that a win will take Celtic back to the top of the Scottish Premiership.
With ten games left to play, the pressure is really cranking up and with Rangers opening the door yesterday, all Celtic need to do is push it open and walk right in.
Motherwell have certainly caused problems for Celtic and the Ibrox club this season and Andy Walker has highlighted one player that he believes could come in and do a job for Brendan Rodgers.
Lennon Miller to Celtic talk surfaces again
Young Lennon Miller was being spoked about as a possible player for Celtic after his performance against us in the 3-1 Fir Park win.
We told how Charlie Mulgrew told Celtic to get him signed last week after his display in the midfield really impressed the former Hoops defender.
And now that sentiment has been echoed by former Celtic striker, Andy Walker.
Walker said [The Go Radio Football Show], “Well, when I played at the club [Motherwell] Tom Boyd was there, Gary McAllister was there. We just regarded it as being at a good school.
“You know, you were learning good habits with some really good experienced players and he’s got the potential to go and play for Celtic.

“I know that Brendan Rodgers had a word with him last week, that was widely reported. But equally, he could play for one of the really big clubs down south if he gets another 50-100 games under his belt at Motherwell.”
At just 17, Miller is already showing the potential he has. After his performance against Celtic, the young Motherwell midfielder put in a superb display in the win over Rangers yesterday. [Fotmob]
Winning 100% of his tackles, 80% of his duels, making two interceptions and seven ball recoveries, Lennon is already starting to show the battling qualities that are making teams sit up and take notice.
Could he play for Celtic in the near future? I don’t see why not. Especially if he continues to develop the way he has been going.
