Hyunjun Yang has been something of an enigma at Celtic.
Clearly a talented winger, Yang has struggled to make his big move to Glasgow as he not only struggled for form but also game time.
The South Korean has shown some flashes of the player that encouraged Celtic to pay the guts of £2m for when he first came to Scotland.
However, under Brendan Rodgers, he now seems to be settling and flourishing as Yang’s Celtic performance against St Mirren proved on Saturday night.
Speaking about his teammate, Arne Engels has shared what the Celtic first team squad think of Yang, especially after his devastating cameo in Paisley.

Arne Engels shares how Hyunjun Yang’s Celtic teammates feel about him
Engels told The Scottish Sun, “It was just unbelievable. I am really happy for him.
“Yang is always training 100 per cent, trying to come in, trying to force things, and the last couple of weeks he’s already come in and played fantastically well.
“I am really happy for him. What is it, two goals and an assist? A really amazing performance from him.
“The team is really glad for Yang. Everybody in the team is happy for each other.
“That makes our team very strong, and also really nice to play in.”
Arne Engels shares what he really thought of the Celtic team when he first joined
Engels joined Celtic last summer in an £11m move from Augsburg. Having left the Bundesliga, which is chock-full of talent, the Belgian midfielder has shared what he thought of the quality Celtic had when he arrived at the club.
Engels continued, “Everybody here is supporting each other, not doing negative things, saying negative things, everyone is supportive of each other and really welcoming.
“That is also the thing I felt the first months I had been here.
“It was like, ‘Wow, what a team’.
“Everyone is so nice to each other and then the performance comes by itself.’’
Engels is enjoying a very good first season at Celtic with ten goals already under his belt as well as an incredible 12 assists.
At just 21, Celtic have gotten themselves a bright and talented youngster who looks like he was born to play in the green and white Hoops.
Fans will be hoping the Belgian will continue his fine form to help Celtic wrap up their ninth domestic treble at the end of the season.
