Celtic produced a game of two halves in their draw with Dundee at Dens Park.
Brendan Rodgers’ team made an explosive start to the game after Luke McCowan put Celtic ahead within the first five minutes of the Dens Park clash.
However, Dundee fought back from behind twice to take a late 3-2 lead with just 15 minutes to play after Celtic squandered various chances in the first half to put the game to bed.
In the end, the spoils were shared as Celtic and Dundee played out a thrilling 3-3 draw in one of the most exciting games of the season so far.
Despite Celtic surrendering the lead twice, BBC pundit Rory Loy has explained how the Parkhead club are ‘a joy to watch’ whilst commentating during the six-goal display.

BBC pundit admits Celtic are ‘so good’ despite Dundee draw
Speaking about how dangerous Celtic’s attacking prowess is, Loy noted that the movement of Kyogo and the team’s passing was impressive as Rodgers’ side tried to break down a stubborn Dundee defence.
Loy told BBC Radio Scotland, “They’re an absolute joy to watch, Celtic, they really are.
“I mean, Dundee thinks they’re okay, because Adewumi, when they’ve not got the ball drops in and McGregor, and then you’ve got Sylla and Garza on Bernardo or McCowan and then they think they’re set. They think they’re okay.
“But because Kyogo comes inside the pitch, the rotations are so good, they pass the ball so crisply that puts Dundee at sixes and sevens and they attack so, so well.”
Kyogo’s stats in his new Celtic role
Kyogo has now played two games in his new role for Celtic and he has made an instant impact for Brendan Rodgers.
As well as scoring two goals in Celtic’s win over Ross County, the Japanese striker looks dangerous on the right flank as he proved last night in Dens Park.
So here are the Hoops striker’s stats from Kyogo’s last two games:
| Kyogo Furuhashi Celtic stats | Goals | Assists | Shots | Chances created | Passes in final 1/3 | Rating |
| Ross County vs Celtic | 2 | 0 | 6 | 1 | 5 | 9.2 |
| Dundee vs Celtic | 0 | 0 | 0 | 4 | 1 | 6.8 |
Despite performing well, Kyogo’s main goal threat is to play off the shoulder of defences. Hopefully, once Nicolas Kuhn is fully fit, then the Japanese striker will be pushed back into his more familiar role and more goals will come raining in over the next few weeks.
