Celtic have been working hard to secure partnerships with some of Scotland’s lower level clubs in order to provide their academy players with first-team experience.
The Hoops have linked up with Ayr United to send youngsters out on loan and it is already paying off, with Jude Bonnar impressing Scott Brown.
Ben McPherson has joined Partick Thistle on loan and there are still plenty of other young stars that could secure temporary moves away.
In a bid to cast the net even further, Celtic have been in discussions with another Scottish side.

Celtic in talks with Inverness Caledonian Thistle over loan deal
A report from The Inverness Courier revealed that talks are underway between Inverness Caledonian Thistle and Celtic to arrange a loan agreement.
Inverness interim chief executive Charlie Christie revealed that Celtic were one of the clubs they had held discussions with, as well as two other unnamed clubs.
He said: “We have been offered it by two or three clubs. Shaun Maloney drove up from Glasgow and said to me that they had done the data on the way Caley Thistle play.
“He said that we are only one of two clubs in League One that they would put players to and that is a compliment to Scott Kellacher. Celtic is one we are looking at.”
What is the Cooperation system?
An initiative brought in by the Scottish Football Association, clubs in Scotland have been encouraged to enter cooperation agreements in which clubs can send young players out on loan in a bid to give them first-team football.
It allows greater flexibility with domestic loans, allowing those between the age of 16-21 to go out on loan to the side involved in the agreement over the course of the season.
As it stands, Celtic can do this with Scottish Championship side Ayr and if a deal can be agreed with Inverness, the same will apply.
