In a statement released by the club, the new-look black design is described as, “Wrapped in Scottish heritage with intricate details on the ribbed crewneck collar and cuffs of the Away shirt, the new kit is the perfect blend of history and modernity with the strong and imposing black kit featuring the iconic Adidas three-stripe and tonal details, complemented by traditional elements to complete the new look.”

The kit is made up of matching shorts with green iconic Adidas three stripes and the socks are black with the sportswear giant’s branded logo.

And it really is stunning. Adidas have pulled another masterstroke and the new kit is sure to be snapped up by the Celtic fans.

The German sports company has enjoyed an incredible and successful partnership with Celtic over the years.

Back in March, the club announced that they had sold out their Celtic-styled Samba footwear online within days of release with the shoes available only at selected walk-in outlets.

Early into our partnership, Adidas released a sponsorless away shirt in 2020 and within hours the fans had snapped up every shirt, in almost every size when it was launched for pre-order.

It is little wonder record turnover is being predicted by the club and that can be credited in part to the magnificent venture the club have with the German sportswear giant.

The kit is available to pre-order online at Celtic FC.
