Celtic have their full focus on these crucial post-split fixtures, but many will still be wondering who the club’s next coach will be.
One man tipped to take the reins at Celtic is Wales boss Craig Bellamy.
But following Burnley’s relegation from the Premier League to the Championship, it has been suggested that they are looking at possibly hiring Bellamy as their next manager.
The interesting thing here is that the former Celtic striker isn’t the only one in the frame, because Steven Gerrard, after winning one trophy in three years at Rangers, is also being tipped to replace Scott Parker, who is expected to depart Turf Moor.
“If he (Parker) does depart Burnley,” said Jim White on talkSPORT.
“Then it’s our understanding that Burnley could turn to Wales boss Craig Bellamy, who remains highly regarded as Kompany’s assistant when they were there.
“Steven Gerrard is also keen to return to the dugout.”
Should Celtic make a decision on Martin O’Neill’s permanent future before the end of the season?

Celtic-linked Craig Bellamy tipped for Burnley manager’s role
It’s not clear how highly Celtic regard Bellamy, and whether they are serious about wanting to appoint him as the new manager.
Yes, Celtic have a domestic double to win, but if they see the Welshman as a top target, then it will be interesting to see what transpires.
Bellamy worked for Burnley as an assistant under Vincent Kompany, so he knows the people at the club very well; you can’t say the same for the champions of Scotland.
Furthermore, with Premier League parachute payments still padding their bank account, Burnley could easily outbid Celtic by offering Bellamy a vastly superior financial package, even though moving to Glasgow is the far bigger job.
Either way, this managerial talk will only grow louder and louder as the football season concludes around Europe, as Jim White on talkSPORT discussed the situation around Bellamy.
“Let me tell you, my colleague here at talkSPORT, Alex Crook, is in touch with me,” said White.
“He understands, talkSPORT understands that Scott Parker’s future at Burnley is in the balance following relegation from the Premier League.
“Discussions between Parker and the Clarets hierarchy are ongoing as to whether or not he carries on beyond the end of the season. There is a strong possibility, we understand, that Parker would leave Turf Moor amicably.
“If he does depart Burnley, then it’s our understanding that Burnley could turn to Wales boss Craig Bellamy, who remains highly regarded as Kompany’s assistant when they were there.
“Steven Gerrard is also keen to return to the dugout. It’s understood that Gerrard is open to the possibility of a Championship job.”
