Celtic have posted a short clip on Instagram of fans queuing up to buy the club’s new adidas SPZL range.
Earlier this week, the Hoops announced the latest adidas merchandise drop would arrive on Friday morning.
Current star Kieran Tierney and ex-Celtic midfielder and assistant manager John Collins were photographed promoting the gear.
But Celtic fans were far from impressed on social media as they flooded the comments to voice their disapproval.
The adidas SPZL range is now on sale online and inside Celtic Stores, coinciding with the Celtic Fans Collective’s huge announcement.

Celtic show adidas SPZL queue amid ‘Not Another Penny’ launch
The group confirmed a new protest called ‘Not Another Penny’ after talks between supporters and club chiefs at a recent meeting failed to deliver positive outcomes.
‘Not Another Penny’ will see Celtic fans refuse to buy absolutely anything from the club bar match tickets.
It means a large section of supporters will not give in to purchasing a new piece of adidas SPZL clothing, although others don’t seem too bothered, or are completely unaware of the latest CFC protest.
Celtic posted a short Instagram story video of supporters queuing up inside a Celtic Store to get their hands on some of the new adidas merch.
Is this a deliberate PR play? To prove a point to adidas that despite the unprecedented tension between fanbase and board, a section of supporters will continue to back the club no matter what?
Celtic Fans Collective’s four commitments in latest protest
CFC outlined four pledges as part of the ‘Not Another Penny’ campaign against the club’s hierarchy. They are as follows: “From today, we commit to:
- No more merchandise purchases
- No more food and drink at Celtic Park
- No more stadium tours, bars, restaurants, or Club-run events
- Nothing beyond a match ticket.
“This campaign will be reviewed on 3rd February 2026. Until then, not another penny.“
