Celtic and adidas have enjoyed a tremendous partnership.
They joined forces in 2020 as the sports clothing manufacturing giant signed a five-year deal with the Hoops worth around £25m.
In May, Celtic CEO Michael Nicholson announced that the deal had just been extended by a whopping 10 years and now worth £30m to the Bhoys.
Since then, Celtic have released their home and third kits for the 2025/26 season, the third jersey not going down too well with Celtic fans.
Training gear dropped in June, with fans bemoaning how expensive it is these days to cop a few strips and leisurewear items from the Celtic Store.
Well, the launch today of the new adidas US Pack has been met with the same contempt.

Celtic fans react to launch of adidas US Pack
Inspired by baseball sportswear design, the range features a US jersey, hoodie, t-shirt, trousers and shorts.
Celtic wrote on X announcing the drop: “🇺🇸 Get 4th of July ready 🍀 Stars, stripes, and Celtic style in the new #CelticFC x @adidas US Pack. Now available online and in-store.”
Celtic defender Auston Trusty and women’s team star Shannon McGregor are shown modelling the new range, but fans are less than impressed on X.
@Bricky67_ said: “Just needed to pay £5 to access this now you want me to spend another £70? Chase yourselves.”
@MMcadidas wrote: “A whole range just for a pre season jolly? Turn it up Celtic,do you think every supporter has rod Stewart’s money ffs”.
@jg2394044 posted: “Trusty must be doing more modelling than pre season training Yous just don’t know when tae chuck it Geez a break”.
@jamesh220279 asked: “Is this a football account or basically a shopping channel?”
@CptBaconBaps said: “Can you not just sign some actual football players”.
While @2Cowabunga1 summed up most supporters’ feelings: “Sell sell sell”.
How much are the US Pack items?
Celtic and adidas have released five new clothing items as listed above, and the US jersey will set you back £70.
The hoodie has been priced at £60, while the t-shirt will cost £35 to purchase. It’s a whopping £60 for the tracksuit bottoms, and the shorts are a huge £38.
If you are keen on buying every piece of clothing, which is not something many, if any, Celtic fans will be doing, then it will cost a total of £233. Extortionate stuff.
