Celtic face Rangers in the final Glasgow Derby of the season.
In terms of the league title, the game means nothing but for the bragging rites for the summer and to put Rangers back in their box, Celtic must win the Ibrox Glasgow Derby to quell the noise coming from Glasgow’s south side.
The build up to the big game has brought out the tow Celtic and Rangers big gun pundits in Chris Sutton and Kris Boyd this week.
Sutton has already rattled Boyd after he told the truth about Celtic’s winning mentality being better than Rangers and here, he does it again with a treble jibe that landed perfectly.

Celtic hero Chris Sutton lands ‘real treble’ blow on Kris Boyd
If Rangers beat Celtic this afternoon then it would mean the Ibrox club would have a treble of wins against the Parkhead club.
And Sutton couldn’t wait to hit Boyd with the facts about a ‘real treble’ that Celtic can win this season.
Sutton told The Warm Up, “Well, Rangers are on for a different treble, aren’t they to Celtic? Celtic are on for a real treble with proper trophies and Rangers can possibly beat Celtic three times.
“Which, I mean, it would be incredible if they do. And then what’s the gap? 17 points from from Celtic at the top to Rangers in second, which just shows how poor a season that Rangers have had and dropping points against teams we wouldn’t expect them to and once again, at the weekend.
“There’s no great surprise coming out of Ibrox week in and week out, we sort of know, sort of the level that they’re at, I think mentally, as much as as anything.”
Celtic’s world-record treble successes are no mean feat
On course for a world-record ninth domestic treble if Brendan Rodgers can beat Aberdeen this month.
The Celtic boss is already the Hoops’ most decorated manager and if he can land the Scottish Cup, his name will go down even further in history as the Bhoys domination of Scottish football continues.
Ange Postecoglou set the treble record of eight before he left Celtic for Spurs and Rodgers could put the Hoops achievement beyond reach with another trio of trophies this season.
