Hugh Keevins is back at it again with another bizarre take about Celtic.
Wilfried Nancy’s appointment has been disappointing after he lost his first two games in charge.
He now has the chance to win silverware in the Hoops’ Premier Sports Cup final clash against St Mirren.
While the criticism of Nancy has felt unwarranted, it hasn’t stopped others from taking a pop and Keevins believes that the only reason the Frenchman was appointed was down to a connection between Paul Tisdale and a member of the 48-year-old’s coaching staff.

Tisdale, who was spotted sleeping in the stands against Hearts, played a huge role in the appointment of Nancy.
The former Exeter City man also knows Kwame Ampadu well from their time together at the Grecians, and Keevins has said that it is that previous relationship that has led to the current Celtic manager being handed the job.
Writing in his Daily Record column, he said: “Meanwhile, Celtic’s head of operations Paul Tisdale has presided over too many disastrous transfer windows to be given another after January if he can’t up his game.
“Nancy is believed to be at Celtic Park partly because Tisdale was at Exeter City in a previous life with the Frenchman’s assistant Kwame Ampadu and had supported their claims for managerial roles.”
