Karamoko Dembele is set for another move after leaving Celtic in 2022.

The youngster was one of the most highly-rated players at Celtic and hopes were high that he could go on to be a star for the club.

However, despite his undoubted talent, Dembele found it difficult to command a regular first-team spot at Celtic after making his debut under Neil Lennon in 2019 in a 2-1 win over Hearts at Celtic Park.

Even after scoring his first senior goal for Celtic against Dundee United the following season, Dembele still couldn’t stake a claim in the Hoops first team and he eventually left the club in 2022 after his contract expired to join French side Brest.

And now, it seems that after a strong season on loan at Blackpool, Dembele is set to move to England again after passing a medical last night.

Dembele set for Queens Park Rangers

According to Sky Sports, the former Celtic winger is set to join English Championship side, Queens Park Rangers this summer as Demebele looks to make the next step in his career.

After being told he can leave the Ligue 1 side at the end of last season, Dembele is set to join the London based club on a one-year loan.

QPR have the option to make the temporary move permanent at the end of the deal for £1.4m if Dembele does enough to impress.

The move is set to be announced within the next few hours and Dembele will have a new club in which to showcase his skills.

The Celtic fans will always look back and wonder why the youngster couldn’t force his way into Lennon or Ange Postecoglou’s plans.

Now with a big opportunity to make a name for himself in England, I hope Dembele can reach the heights that his potential did promise all those years ago at Celtic.
