Kenny Dalglish will take to the dugout once more to manage a team of Liverpool greats against a Celtic legends side in a charity fixture at Anfield in March.
Last month, it was announced by the Celtic Foundation, in collaboration with the LFC Foundation, that a Hoops legends side would be travelling south to take on the Reds.
So far, only a handful of names that will be featuring for both teams have been announced as the two clubs build up anticipation for the fixture.

The first two Celtic players confirmed to be pulling on the famous green, and white Hoops were Stiliyan Petrov and Artur Boruc.
Both players were considered fan favourites during their time at the club, and supporters will, no doubt, be looking forward to seeing them pull on the shirt once again.
Earlier today, Liverpool made their first squad announcement for the legends match taking place in around two months’ time, confirming who will make up the coaching staff on the day.
And there is going to be a few familiar faces to the Celtic fans on the Liverpool bench.
A man who had a legendary career at both clubs is set to make a one-off return to the dugout, with Kenny Dalglish leading the Liverpool team.
Amongst his coaching staff is another ex-Liverpool player with a Celtic link, but not one who is as well thought of as Dalglish.
The manager the Scottish legend brought to be the boss at Parkhead during his time as Celtic’s Director of Football, John Barnes, will also be making up the coaching staff alongside Ian Rush and John Aldridge.
Celtic and Liverpool fans set to roll back the years as players take part in charity match.
There may only be a handful of names announced that will be taking part in March’s charity match. However, it is already gearing up to be a fun afternoon.
Supporters will get another opportunity to watch some of their old favourite players in action one more time for a fantastic charitable cause.
Although Dalglish will be leading the Liverpool team from the dugout, he very much has a foot in both camps, having come through and kick-started his career with Celtic.
It should be interesting to see the names that follow for both teams in the coming weeks and months.
I am sure a few more exciting Celtic and Liverpool legends are set to follow for the match taking place on March 25th at Anfield!
