Celtic want to bolster their squad but as important as new signings are, getting players that are surplus to requirements off the books is also a priority.
Gustaf Lagerbielke fits that bill after failing to impress since his big-money move from Elfsborg and Brendan Rodgers has decided to move him on.
Braga are interested in Lagerbielke and the defender seems certain to be heading to Portugal after a £1.7m deal was agreed and a medical for Lagerbielke already prepared.
He is set to be replaced by Hayato Inamura, who will reportedly join for £250,000 and Celtic fans seem to be in overwhelming agreement.

Celtic fans divided over Gustaf Lagerbielke
News of the 25-year-old’s departure from Celtic Park is one that shouldn’t come as a major surprise to anyone, however, the decision has still left people conflicted.
@UDhammaloka wrote: “Quality player that Rodgers just doesn’t fancy for reasons we don’t know, shame.”
However, @CelticBhoy41 stated: “He’ll always have the goal against Feyenoord. Hopefully it’s the start of the clear-out counted this morning that we have 30 first team players with players coming back from loan and that’s not including B team players.”
@Scotcraig833 added: “Hopefully a few more to follow,it just hasn’t worked with some.”
@PatrickMurphy89 said: “Let’s abolish that dreadful window of summer ’23.”
@Stuporousfunk67 commented: “Really don’t think he got a fair go but if it helps move along the transfer window then so be it.”
Who else will leave Celtic this summer?
Lagerbielke won’t be the only player to leave Celtic Park this summer and a number of others are set to follow suit.
The highest profile player that could leave is Nicolas Kuhn, who has been linked with Como.
Cesc Fabregas’ side are set to move on from Kuhn in favour of other targets and there is still hope that Celtic can keep hold of him.
Fringe players Stephen Welsh and Hyun-jun Yang could also be moved on, with the latter allegedly of interest to Legia Warsaw.
Any other moves are likely to be loans out of the club, but additions need to be made.
