The Wilfried Nancy fallout continued after the Celtic boss’ latest defeat to Dundee United.
Nancy is in the firing line after watching Celtic capitulate at Dundee United to lose his fourth game in a row for the Parkhead club.
The defeat angered Celtic supporters as they vented to the board members who were in attendance to watch the Tayside embarrassment.
Even US pundits are realising that the Celtic job is too big for Nancy? Is he right?
And as the pressure on Nancy builds, USA legend Alexi Lalas is next up from the United States to have his say on the troubles the Celtic manager has.

Alexi Lalas says Wilfried Nancy hire is ‘on’ Celtic
There were a few fans who have never really bought into Celtic deciding to hire Nancy as the permanent boss and, unfortunately, the results right now are proving them correct.
However, Lalas has no sympathy as he slams the Celtic board for not doing their due diligence on the former MLS manager.
Lalas said on X, “Nancy may just be wrong for Celtic. But that’s on them.
“They knew they were getting a romantic, and if they didn’t, then they’re inept.
“Celtic doesn’t care how you win, or about any realities/challenges that may exist. You figure it out, or they’ll get someone who will.”
Where Lalas is wrong is where he claims Celtic fans don’t care how they win games. They 100% do. It’s only acceptable to win ugly when the team is struggling and that is something Nancy needs to start getting out of his fallen heroes.
Wilfried Nancy’s next four Celtic fixtures
Rumours surrounding Nancy’s Celtic future were doing the rounds today, but should he stay on, the Frenchman has a tough run of fixtures to negotiate.
How many more games are you going to give Wilfried Nancy?
The Celtic boss must find a way to get maximum points from all these fixtures because another trip to Tynecastle beckons in January.
And if Celtic lose that, you can bet Nancy will be gone long before the gates are closed on the Frenchman inside Tynecastle.
