Vaclav Cerny has discovered his fate after spraying Celtic fans with water following Rangers’ recent win at Parkhead.
The winger was branded “petty and infantile” for his actions after Hamza Igamane’s goal as Gers beat the Hoops 3-2 last month.
It was a stupid way for the player to celebrate but Barry Ferguson absolved the Rangers man in a predictable press conference after the fact.
Cerny was threatened with a ban by the SPFL while Police Scotland also considered the incident.

But now the Czech international has learned that he will not be sidelined for any matches and instead will be given a slap on the wrist and warned against similar moments in future.
Cops also decided to take no action against Cerny despite his apparent desire to incite chaos inside Celtic Park.
Brendan Rodgers had his say on Cerny and the “disrespect” in the aftermath of the game and the incident.
And the Celtic boss did not hold back with his thoughts.
Brendan Rodgers slammed Cerny’s Celtic disrespect
Rodgers said: “I understand the jubilation and Rangers players have every right to celebrate with their supporters. You come to Celtic Park, like it would be if we go to Ibrox, you win a game of that magnitude then you celebrate.
“But not in that way. It’s disrespect, isn’t it?
“It’s a lack of respect if a player runs up a touchline and he’s squirting a water bottle in a supporter’s face. I certainly wouldn’t want my players to do that.
“In the main, the players do [behave] and listen, it works both ways and there’s a lot comes in to players as well from the stand to coaches, managers and players.
“But I think we all know there’s a line we shouldn’t cross.
“It’s an amazing fixture and an emotive game and I thought it was great to have the fans back in and that gave it an extra bit as well.
“But there’s lines and you can’t antagonise, especially in this fixture, because that can lead to an issue.”
