Celtic supporters endured a day to forget against Dundee on Sunday.
It all started with Celtic fans protesting, once again, against the board by throwing balls onto the Dens Park pitch inside the opening minute of the match.
The game was halted by the on-field referee, as the players from both sides and stewards began picking up the balls thrown on the pitch by the supporters behind the goal.
That took a few minutes to clear up, and it even annoyed Celtic hero Chris Sutton, but he wasn’t the only one at Dundee expressing his frustration at what he was seeing because Willie Miller was equally annoyed.

Miller told BBC Radio Scotland (19/10/25) that he has no issues with the Celtic supporters protesting against the board, but he felt this was the wrong way about it.
The Aberdeen legend labelled it all as ‘quite embarrassing’ and noted how other people were present, and they shouldn’t have had their enjoyment squashed.
All of this has divided opinion, and whilst Miller’s comments are pretty strong, there is a section of the Celtic fan base who will agree with it.
“It doesn’t help the game,” said Miller. “Okay, you have every right to protest. But there are ways to protest against what’s going on at Celtic Park, and the displeasure with the board.
“This isn’t one of the ways that you should be protesting. You have got to remember, there are people here to enjoy their afternoon as well. It’s not all about Celtic, you know. There are Dundee fans who just want to enjoy a game of football.
“I am sure the majority of the Celtic fans want to enjoy a game of football. Don’t protest in this manner. It’s actually quite embarrassing watching players pick these balls up and throw them off the pitch.
“That would be my plea to the Celtic fans. Protest in a proper fashion.”
What next for Celtic?
Celtic fans will continue to protest, but at the end of the day, the issues on the pitch need to be sorted out.
It’s Hearts who are leading the charge; they made noises at the start of the campaign, and unlike Rangers, they are backing up their talk.
This is a huge month for Brendan Rodgers because Celtic are looking for their first win in the Europa League, and they face Sturm Graz on Thursday.
Then it’s the trip to Tynecastle before the League Cup final against Rangers.
