Three Celtic players who could leave before the transfer window closes including two summer signings

Celtic’s transfer window has been a rollercoaster so far.

While there are several players who have come to Celtic Park this summer, the Hoops have still got plenty of work to do to bring in new recruits.

For all of the incomings though, a number of faces could be heading for the exit door too.

Marco Tilio’s move to Rapid Vienna could be on hold as Brendan Rodgers continues his search to find a winger or two.

However, some other faces that could be tipped for a move away too.

Three Celtic players who could still leave this summer

Hayato Inamura

Hayato Inamura was described as the ‘Japanese Maldini’ after his debut in pre-season and definitely looks like a capable back-up for Kieran Tierney at left-back.

Rodgers hinted that Inamura would be loaned out and the defender wasn’t in the squad for Celtic’s win against St Mirren.

Adjusting to the pace and physicality of European football will no doubt take some time so don’t be surprised if we do see him head out on loan.

Dane Murray

The arrival of Jahmai Simpson-Pusey means that there are arguably four players ahead of Dane Murray.

He played plenty of times throughout pre-season and Murray has clearly bulked up to keep himself in contention.

Murray may stay to meet UEFA’s homegrown quota but at 22 he needs game time. If a permanent offer came in from a club where he is going to play regularly, the centre-back could push to leave.

Callum Osmand

The Celtic manager definitely wants another striker and with four options at the club already, one is likely to go.

Johnny Kenny is wanted by Bolton Wanderers but Rodgers does seem to be a fan of the Ireland international.

Callum Osmand is one for the future and Rodgers used him sparingly in pre-season.

Osmand needs a taste of senior football though and a year of leading the line for a side could be beneficial to his long-term Celtic career.
