Celtic made very hard work of their three points against Aberdeen.
Amid the immense pressure on Wilfried Nancy’s shoulders, let’s be honest, the players have been getting away with a lot.
Celtic’s 3-1 win over ten-man Aberdeen on Sunday should have been far easier, and the Hoops shouldn’t have needed Kieran Tierney and James Forrest netting very late goals to seal the win.
But watching on from afar, John Hartson made it clear what the Celtic board now need to do.
What would your message be to Wilfried Nancy after that huge win?

John Hartson on Celtic needing a striker after win over Aberdeen
Imagine if Celtic had a man of Hartson’s calibre in his prime right now? You could argue that Nancy wouldn’t have had such a horror start, because a lot more goals would have been scored.
Yes, Celtic beat the Dons, but the number of big chances that are being missed needs to be addressed.
That’s why Hartson took to social media to plead to the Celtic board to bring in that number nine during the January transfer window.
‘Can we buy a centre forward in the (January transfer) window? Please??,’ wrote Hartson on social media.
Are you convinced by Louis Munteanu’s record?
Johnny Kenny’s stats for Celtic against Aberdeen
Someone like Shin Yamada perhaps gets the benefit of the doubt because he has hardly been given the chances since joining Celtic in the summer.
But the same can’t be said for Johnny Kenny, who missed huge chances against Dundee United, and it then continued over the weekend.
