Weeks have turned into days and days have turned into hours with regards to the time left for Celtic to get their January transfer business over the line.
Brendan Rodgers and his recruitment staff have been busy this month as they aim to beef up the first-team squad for the rest of the season’s endeavours.
That includes, of course, going on to defend the Premiership and Scottish Cup titles and navigating a tricky Champions League play-off clash against Bayern Munich.
Celtic began the window with the loan departures of Stephen Welsh and Odin Thiago Holm to KV Mechelen and Los Angeles FC respectively.
Lenny Agbaire then moved to Ayr United while youngster Aiden Haddow sealed a permanent switch to Hearts.
The window soon ramped up significantly as Alexandro Bernabei transferred to Internacional before the biggest two deals of the month so far.
Kyogo made a surprise £10m exit to Stade Rennais while fan favourite Jota headed in the opposite direction as he sealed a stunning £8m return to the Hoops.

When is January 2025 transfer deadline day in Scotland?
Celtic can continue to sign and register new players up until the window closes on Monday, February 3 at 11pm GMT.
Of course, it’s rare for the January window to close at the start of February. It is believed February 3 was set as the closing date for harmonisation with the rest of Europe.
When does the January 2025 transfer window close in England?
In previous years, it’s not been uncommon for the English and Scottish transfer windows to close at separate times.
However, for January 2025, both the English and Scottish deadline is 11pm GMT on Monday, February 3.
Can Celtic sign players past the January transfer deadline?
In short, yes – but only if relevant paperwork has been submitted before the 11pm GMT deadline. Celtic will have an extra hour to then finalise the transfer deal.
Once the extra hour has passed, Celtic will only be able to sign free agents until the start of the 2025 summer transfer window.
