Celtic have plenty of stars out on loan this season.
There have certainly been differing degrees of success with the likes of Marco Tilio shining with Melbourne and Gustaf Lagerbielke forcing Twente to consider a permanent bid.
Others have struggled with Odin Holm yet to feature for LAFC while Stephen Welsh has had an indifferent start with KV Mechelen with seven appearances since making the switch.
One player who has had a decent campaign with Olympiacos so far is Luis Palma with the Honduran scoring once and providing an assist in just eight games including a cup semi-final where he shone and had the Greek media insisting his opponents “made a mistake” not signing Palma years ago.
Now the Celtic loan playmaker, 25, has seemingly taken his club loan form with him to the international scene on the break with Honduras and he was involved in last night’s dramatic and enthralling 5-3 win over Bermuda at their national stadium.

Palma scored and assisted for Honduras vs Bermuda
It was a pulsating fixture which saw Palma’s side roar back from 2-0 down thanks to goals from Kane Crichlow after a minute and then Djair Parfitt-Williams before the break.
Palma then had his hand in the two goals to pull the game back as he slotted home the second goal before teeing up teammate Romell Quioto for the third.
Eventually Honduras would see the game out but it was a vital performance from Palma who really grabbed the game by the scruff of the neck for his country in their CONCACAF Gold Cup qualifier.
It was just the first-leg with the second to come later this week on Wednesday morning (2am GMT) but it showed what Palma still has to offer despite not being part of Brendan Rodgers’ plans for this season.
Brendan Rodgers told Palma it would be best to leave Celtic
The manager told Palma back in January how it would make sense if he left on loan and Olympiacos were the club to get a deal done.
He said at the time: “He’s a brilliant lad, works hard every day, trains every day, and probably not getting the game time that he would like. We have to weigh everything up.
“Our first job is to look after our own squad, make sure that’s ready, and by the end of this month set up for the challenges for the rest of the season. If that allows some players to go out, then that can and may still happen.
“At this moment in time, he is here and a part of the squad.”
Palma had MLS interest for permanent moves, also, but it was a loan he chose before green-lighting the departure.
It’s not known whether or not the wide player will play for Celts again or his time is up.
