We’re finally into January which means deals can be done both in and out of Celtic.
Brendan Rodgers wants attacking incomings to the club having brought Adam Idah and Nicolas Kuhn this time last year.
The Celtic manager is also in the market for defensive reinforcements with a left-back still on the radar and Kieran Tierney high on that shortlist.

But that area of the pitch in particular could now see movement this month with the need to recruit being expedited due to a transfer outgoing to come in the next few days.

Now, though, reports claim that Internacional sent their sporting director, André Mazzuco, to Glasgow as a personal touch in an attempt to ensure the deal could be concluded.
A £4.5million is being thrashed out between both parties which would see Celts earn a tidy profit from the sale having seemingly spent only £3.25m to bring him to the club from Lanus in 2022.
A four-year deal is also being reported for the player and that could potentially get the ball rolling for other exits from Rodgers’ squad in this window.
Greg Taylor has interest from Dinamo Zagreb who want to take him this month.

Stephen Welsh is poised to join KV Mechelen on loan but Celts have refused to budge on any future fee or option to purchase being added to any agreement.
Maik Nawrocki, Luis Palma and Odin Thiago Holm may all also depart should offers be officially made.
Palma has MLS interest while Holm is on the verge of a switch to LAFC on loan.
