Paul Tisdale is another at Celtic who is coming under intense scrutiny.

Celtic’s Head of Operations is in charge of recruitment and also led the search to bring Wilfried Nancy to the Hoops to permanently replace Brendan Rodgers.

Tisdale has never been heard from since he arrived at Celtic and it seems that fans are unlikely to hear from him anytime soon.

The recruitment man is remarkably on holiday while Celtic boss Nancy is in crisis but it appears that something is set to happen this weekend that will expose the Hoops backroom man.

‘Departure in the backroom staff’ at Celtic set to expose Paul Tisdale

It appears that as people start to question Tisdale’s role at Celtic, the head of operations is set to be left exposed by an upcoming departure from the Hoops backroom team, that’s according to journalist Gordon Parks.

Parks told PLZ Soccer, “Paul Tisdale has to carry the can for a lot of this. His recruitment, his focus and his impact on the thing, has not clearly been good.

“You’re going to get another departure in the backroom staff over the weekend, certainly on Monday, and it’s going to shine a light on Paul Tisdale.

There’s a lot of things to come out. I don’t agree with you. I think the club now stick by their man.

“They’re defiant and they’re in a situation where Celtic will beat Aberdeen on Sunday. Celtic will get a degree of stability, but the longer term, you’re going to see a lot of things come to pass that we’re speaking about just now.”

After being caught allegedly napping in the Celtic Park stands, Tisdale has become front and centre of the storm that is engulfing Celtic right now.

Celtic fan feeling on Tisdale is that many have seen enough, or not enough as it turns out, from the so-called ‘football doctor’ and believe he should be shown the door.
